Chandler Comerford is a leadership consultant, executive coach, and professional speaker based in Perth, Australia, with a background spanning elite military service, safety leadership, and critical-risk consulting.

A former United States Navy SEAL, Chandler graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography (With Merit) and completed BUD/S Class 202, one of the most demanding military training programs in the world. He served six years with SEAL Team ONE, leading and supporting operations across South East Asia and the Middle East, including capacity-building missions with allied special forces.

After leaving the Navy, Chandler relocated to Australia, where he has spent more than 24 years working with organisations in safety-critical and high-risk environments. His experience includes senior roles in safety and risk engineering across major oil & gas projects, founding a critical-infrastructure security consultancy, and advising government and industry on IT/OT and operational risk.

Chandler’s current work focuses on safety leadership, Human and Organisational Performance (HOP), executive coaching, and resilience under pressure. He designs and delivers leadership workshops, keynotes, and coaching programs that help leaders improve decision-making, accountability, learning, and team performance in complex, real-world conditions.

His approach is practical, human, and systems-focused—bridging frontline reality with executive leadership to enable clear thinking, steady execution, and better outcomes.
