I enjoy providing a space for people to experience insights. An open conversation with a present, curious coach often creates profound shifts.
Who do you coach? +
If the chemistry is right, any willing participant. I’ve coached everyone from listed-company executives to people just starting out. I don’t do remedial coaching for performance management cases.
How do you coach? +
I ask questions I don’t know the answer to. You have the answers — I help you uncover them, create an action plan, and hold you accountable. I am NeuroLeadership trained, so I create the conditions for personal insights.
What does it cost? +
Rates are professional and commensurate with experience — typically less than a commercial lawyer, more than a counsellor. Scope and use of third-party diagnostics affect the total fee.
